in the league in their quarterfinal round game in Houston
Heat. The first point of the match took nearly six minutes,
which was just fine with ac Dallas as they took the point
and the 1-0 lead. In the second point Heat went up fiveon-three but ac Dallas dug in and got it to three-on-three
and eventually won the point making it 2-0. Houston Heat
then came back and won the nest two points to tie the
game up. In the fifth and deciding point Ryan Moorhead
made the move of the event with a run-through down a
body that broke the point open and gave Houston Heat a
3-2 victory. But watch out for ac Dallas as they proved they
are up and coming quickly.
In the first match of the semifinals it was San Antonio
X-Factor taking the first two points against the heavily
favored Edmonton Impact. But that was the highlight for
X-Factor as Edmonton Impact came back with a vengeance
taking eight straight points to win 8-2. The other half of the
semifinals saw a classic back and forth battle between San
Diego Dynasty and Houston Heat, two of the best teams
in the world. Heat was unable to summon the magic of
their ac Dallas come from behind win to pull this one
off as they were just slightly outplayed—Dynasty wins
the match 4-3.
The final matchup was set with Edmonton Impact facing
off against San Diego Dynasty. Most people that follow
the NXL would probably pick Impact to win this one,
