Speed weighs barely one pound with batteries and offers a capacity of approximately 180 paintballs. Released early to midway through the 2015 season, Pinokio has begun to release their Pinokio Speed hopper in a variety of hydro-dipped patterns and colors that do a great deal to add variety and style to a proven system. After attending several events at which their hydrodipped examples sold out in record time, the company has stated they will be adding hydro-dipped patterns and styles, from various military and hunting camouflage patterns to a myriad of colors and patterns like zombies, skulls and graffiti, to their lineup regularly to meet a growing demand as word about these option spreads. The hydro-dipped finish is extremely well-done with colors and patterns crisp and clean, and each loader is clear-coated to a rich, shiny and durable finish that should stand up to the rigors of paintball for quite some time, though no finish on a loader could possibly last forever. While the hydro-dipped Speed models do demand a premium price over the basic black loader, even this price is somewhat less than other high-performance loaders on the market and as the hydro-dipped patterns are both attractive and rare, they will certainly turn heads in the staging area at events or at the local field. A small, light, fast, durable, reliable and well-balanced loader that is extremely affordable and now more attractive than ever thanks to new hydro-dipped patterns, the Pinokio Speed is an excellent choice for players who desire a simple yet reliable hopper than is more than capable of keeping up with high rates of fire while maintaining an extremely low and small profile. • • • www.PinokioHoppers.com www.paintball.media 93
