temperature for a day of paintball and a battle over a city. The Army started the day at the Brig and the Woodsmen back in their favorite place - the woods. We also saw on Sunday a change in the Army and they put up quite a fight for the city. It was back and forth for most of the morning. At the lunch break, the Woodsmen were still in the lead as far as points. After the lunch break would be the final battle to determine the ultimate winner of the city. One final briefing after lunch and the final battle began. The objective - control City Hall in the middle of the city. Whosever flag was flying at City Hall at the end of the game would win the final battle and the game. Each side had a street they could not cross which allowed movement for the other team. At the start, the Woodsmen were able to gain access to city hall, and with the Army continually push on them, never gave up control of the building. All the Woodsmen had to do was hold off each push that came and they would win the game. The Army never gave up on trying to gain control, but in the end the Woodsmen would win. This was Indy’s Battleground Paintball’s first two scenario game, but they plan on having more as their field grows. Please see www.battlegroundindy.com for more information and for upcoming games.
