However, the red team was unable to hold their lines and that resulted in blue team winning the game overall. They conquered all 6 flag positions at the end of the game. The team that was vicious in their assaults and kept moving forward ended up taking the game. After the game was over, players rallied at camp and got drinks and food provided by the event, gathered around and waited for the drawings. Some of the prizes given out at the event were first strike rounds, patches, hydro dips for markers and masks, as well as the new MILSIG Direct M17 SMG magfed marker with Zeta Mags. “I saw plenty of very well coordinated fire maneuvers from folks that had never played together before. I heard plenty of folks on both sides communicating with each other and it is very surprising to see the types of players that magfed has attracted.” A few people thought the pace was slower than usual paintball games and couldn’t quite find their place in the game. “I commend those folks for coming out and giving the game a try, and I hope next time we can find a role for our players such as that in our games.” All in all, this event was a huge hit.
