I hear you out there, “BUT STEVE! I want to play paintball!” Me too young grasshopper, me too. In April, I was supposed to be in Illinois for Monte Casino playing along side Bud Orr and Dan Colby, and then later in the month Texas NXL. It is what it is unfortunately. So now the big question is how do we stay sane and get our paintball fix while being locked in the house? I’m assuming that since you are reading this you have already read through all the back issues of Paintball Media magazine. If you haven’t, go do that now… I’ll wait… will leave that up to you. I would however like to offer a few suggestions of my personal favourite paintball content channels to watch on YouTube. Before I do though, I would like to ask you a favour. As someone who creates online content, I can’t stress enough how important it is to us that you like shows and subscribe to our channels. It helps us dramatically with making money through advertising etc. I’m not telling you who to like or not, that’s up to you, but if you are enjoying something please like and subscribe. Also don’t hesitate to reach out to the …. *taps watch*…. …. *cleans ears with Q tip*…. …. *trims nose hair*…. creators! I think that I can speak for everyone when I say that we love input and feedback. It helps us grow and improve, so please don’t be shy! Now on to my favourites. My personal Ok… all done? Good. favourite paintball content on YouTube is Truternology by Nicky T. He’s been around Thankfully there is a TON of paintball content the sport forever and his paintball videos are online. Since money is tight for everyone, I never the same twice. Nicky is always trying am going to keep my suggestions to things that are free. This leaves you with three basic categories. Podcasts, Video podcasts/YouTube and video games. Video podcasts and Youtube There is SO MUCH paintball content on YouTube that it’s insane. You already know about GoSports, PbNation and the truly fantastic channel Paintball.Media. Their content is second to none. Most of the paintball companies also have their own channels which depending on your tastes could be amazing or… well horrible. I am not going to rate them because everyone likes different things so I 056 paintball.media magazine to do something different. ShootUSoon is an interesting YouTube channel by a guy known as Reaper. He’s been in the scenario scene for a very long time and travels a lot. His videos are short and fun. I really like the recent content that Paintball Ruined My Life is putting out. He’s extremely honest about his opinions and definitely has original thoughts. You can tell that he truly loves the game.
