The Valken Sports “Code” is an entry
level .68 caliber electronic marker with
all the bells and whistles of markers
costing two and three times as much.
The Code features programmable
electronics, internal serviceable eyes
and a hose-less internal regulator. In
other words, there are no external
hoses anywhere. The Code is easy
to disassemble and clean—just push
the button and slide the bolt out. The
trigger frame and front foregrip feature
wrap-around rubber for a no-slip grip.
And the Code runs on a single nine-volt
battery.
O ther features of the Valken Sports
and durable; a great on/off air source
adapter (ASA); and flush or reset set
screws in the frame to prevent the crew
from wearing on your hand.
As far as field testing the Code you
can read all about that in our print
magazine that our editor tells me is
shipping on June 15. We’ll have a full
field test of the Code, including air
efficiency, accuracy, ease of use and
other performance results. I’ll leave you
with this—the Code feels like a much
more expensive marker than it is. The
trigger is awesome. More coming.
