I let my students use arcgis online to educate earth sciences or investigate a STEM-related
problem. This tool shows a map of the world on wich you can add layers. There is a huge
amount of layers in which you can choose from. For example: "sea level rise 1m" shows the
areas that will be ooded when the sea level rises for (of course) 1 m.
You just need a google account to get started :) Have fun!

PhET Interactive Simulations
I usually use the PhET Interactive Simulations for Science and Math. In the mechanical
engineer sector, there are lessons and concepts like heat and temperature, or hydrostatic
pressure which are hard to understand. The use of this digital environment is extremely
helpful because it enables conducting experiments and makes it easy for you to change
parameters, data and take measures.

I use quizziz.com which offers a wide range of ready-made quizes on different topics and also
offers teachers an opportunity to create their own quiz. It's easy to use to check students'
knowledge or just for fun. Students can work individually or in teams. As it's an online quiz,

Geogebra is an app what provides a great deal of help in depicting functions or in geometry.
I allow my students to use wolframalpha after they have nished their tasks to check the
solution.
