For owners and stakeholders , successfully shepherding a project to completion is a monumental undertaking . Creating or altering the built environment requires intense coordination between multi-firm design teams , contractors , equipment manufacturers , relevant oversight institutions and the owner ’ s staff . Every successful project is a minor miracle , and while we ’ re not claiming our Commissioning Division is miraculous , we can say our Cx staff are extraordinary owner advocates .
As a third-party commissioning authority , our Cx staff ensures that the owner ’ s basis of design and other interests are respected and properly implemented throughout a project ’ s design and construction . P2S Cx services are invaluable to owners as they secure their investment and grant peace of mind with the knowledge that a professional is advocating for their requirements to be completed as intended .
