ED and Primary Care Clinic Expansion

This adaptive reuse project of a grocery and a hardware store created a freestanding emergency department and the expansion of a primary care clinic in Bremerton, Washington. P2S designed the $ 5 million, 11,000 SF freestanding emergency department in the vacant hardware store and provided MEP design for airborne infectious isolation rooms, a complete medical gas system, lighting, a complete emergency power system, fire sprinklers and a gas boiler. The project was constructed and began serving the community in December 2024.
