We ’ ll go in-depth into the U . S . Navy ’ s P-907 Transit Protection Program Pier and Vessel Maintenance Facility , a significant project designed to enhance the Navy ’ s operational capabilities . The project involves comprehensive upgrades , including the construction of a new 400- foot pier with five 75-foot long finger extensions . Utilities at the pier will include fire protection , lighting , alarm services , shore power , IT / telecom , and fuel dispensers . Additionally , the project features an extra mooring location for vessel refueling and a wave screen along the south and west sides of the facility . P2S is part of the project team , responsible for designing all necessary site improvements and utilities for the pier , trestle , a new fuel facility , and other connected facilities . We ’ re also conducting a seismic study of one of the buildings to ensure structural integrity . We can ’ t wait to tell you more about this project when the campaign launches . Stay tuned !
