But federal influence extends far beyond taxation , national security and creating , interpreting and upholding laws . U . S policymakers can drive nationwide momentum for industry improvement , spur the redevelopment of critical infrastructure and help sustain an environment where innovation and the market move together in an upward trajectory .
Whether it ’ s through our design for U . S Navy shoreside facilities in the Puget Sound , commissioning a renovated U . S courthouse in the Bay Area , helping to improve Naval facilities in the California high desert , delivering solutions for VA facilities throughout the West Coast , or assisting policymakers to create new nationwide guidelines for a zero emissions future , our support of federal endeavors is a source of immense pride at P2S .
This issue of the P2S Magazine shines a spotlight on the federal market and our staff who support this vitally important sector . We ’ ll look at the U . It ’ s hard to believe more than half of 2024 has already passed us by . That half year has witnessed so many incredible new connections , projects and developments for P2S . Being a part of the Legence family and navigating through new possibilities while fulfilling our commitments to longstanding clients has been exciting , fulfilling and hard work , in equal measure .
