Editor’ s Note
Dear Reader,
Mikhail Fuks Vice President
Perhaps more than any other type of space, labs and cleanrooms are responsible for ushering in our hightech contemporary world. The discoveries made in laboratories, the applications for new technologies and the manufacturing of advanced computer components were central to leading us where we are today. The current moment is full of exciting research and potentially revelatory developments in sciences and technology. Universities, private and public research institutions and commercial actors are forging ahead to discover and apply solutions to our problems. P2S is honored to deliver design solutions to the world’ s problem solvers, including researchers, scientists and students.
This issue of P2S Magazine is dedicated to our life sciences market, where we deliver design, commissioning and construction management services for laboratories and cleanrooms that enable important R & D discoveries, student learning, and the manufacturing of new and old technologies and medications. Inside these pages, you’ ll read how P2S and Legence serve this critical sector through an insightful podcast with P2S lab designer Hye Jin Kim and a feature with Yoni Butbul, a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with much experience in the lab sector. There’ s also new content as part of our multimedia life sciences campaign which further highlights our credentials in this sector.
Even with uncertainty in the air as we close out the first few months of 2025, we believe it is essential to continue forging ahead, adapting to new challenges and conditions. Legence and P2S will provide clients with the services and solutions they need, and we’ re prepared to work with clients who need to modify and adapt their plans because of a changing environment.
As always, we thank you for your continued support and wish you resolve and ingenuity to successfully navigate through the remaining months of 2025.
Sincerely, Mikhail Fuks, Vice-President
