Zoltan leads the mechanical engineering team responsible for healthcare design . He oversees the daily operation and production of the MEP engineering department for the healthcare group . Zoltan has over 27 years of experience in the building engineering field . His specialties include designing medical facilities and OSHPD hospital projects and preparing feasibility studies to assist clients in sustainable and efficient system selections .
Zoltan also serves as project manager for numerous projects , including OSHPD renovations and new constructions . He is an active member of ASHRAE and regularly attends their annual conference and other events .

At healthcare facilities such as EvergreenHealth and the University of Washington Medical Center , Darren leads the development of innovative systems to support complex needs involving advanced medical equipment , 24 / 7 operations , and highly sensitive environments .

Yoni is an experienced mechanical engineer with a focus on healthcare design . His experience includes new and replacement designs for central plant chillers and boilers , new and renovated HVAC systems and rooftop units , as well as hospital emergency department , pharmacy and lab designs . Yoni also has experience with energy studies , HVAC assessments and medical campus master plans .
