Sit in a comfortable position that allows you to extend spine
maintaining its natural curves without discomfort.
Relax your face and shoulders. Close your eyes.
Turn your attention to your breath and let it be soft and natural.
Call to mind someone you are having difficulty with.
Someone with whom your relationship is possibly troubled,
or someone in need of healing.
Trust the first person who comes to mind.
Don't search for someone else. Trust and be open.
Bring your whole self into the meditation by using
all of your senses in the visualization.
If you have trouble visualizing,
rely on your other senses to aid
in being fully present in the practice.
