What can you do if things go wrong?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We hope that this guide has
enabled you to make the best choices for your individual needs and has
helped you through your time of bereavement. We are also aware that
things can sometimes go wrong.
What to do if you are not satisfied with the funeral arrangements
Most funerals are conducted well. However, if you have a complaint,
discuss it with your funeral director. The majority of funeral directors
belong to one of two trade associations so if you are not satisfied with the
response, you can complain to whichever association the funeral director
belongs to. These are:
