HELP AND SUPPORT
Getting the support you need
just the way you want it
When our circumstances change as a result of bereavement, we may lose
more than our loved one. Perhaps daily tasks such as taking care of our
home or going out to appointments becomes difficult. Maybe our loss
means that there are fewer visitors and activities to look forward to, and
we end up feeling lonely or isolated. It can happen to anyone, and it can
feel overwhelming and have a profound effect on our health.
If you recognise some of the above and want to talk about what support
is available near to where you live, you can ring our friendly team of
advisors who can help. By ringing us for a chat you can let us know about
your situation and what support or advice you’d like, without having to
commit to anything unless you want to. Our advisors are trained to listen
to you and think about what might work for you, and help with advice
and information.
