Winter travels
A lf Alderson is just back from some sea to sky ski touring in Arctic Norway on the island of Senja, prior to which his winter travels had included a road trip around Utah’ s best ski hills, a rail trip around Switzerland’ s best ski hills and an avalanche safety course in Verbier with the International Snow Training Academy. Words and pics on all these are now available.
Forthcoming trips include surfing Ireland’ s west coast and walking the Wolds Way in Yorkshire.
