Contextual Horse Therapy Program – 10 days Age: children between 12 and 18 years Team: system therapist, a co-system therapist/socio therapist/nurse, Catalan horse therapist, and Catalan horse trainer
The first week – 5 days: working with the client alone, strengthening the ego, managing fear and the self, and building personal leadership through horse therapy and horse trips. The second week – 5 days: parents arrive. Parents are involved in the system therapy with the child. They will also do horse therapy, and together with their youngster and therapists, they will make long horse trips, with the aim to relax and create new experiences together.
