Bridging the gap between a dream & achieving it-with Kaizen

Easy to learn, simple to apply, and highly effective

The KAIZEN system is based on the philosophy that we achieve big goals by taking small consistent actions that over time add up to great success. Steve Herbert developed his Kaizen system for anyone that struggles with feelings of overwhelm, lack of focus, or anyone striving to achieve their goals. Kaizen helps anyone structure their actions so they can fulfill their goals. Taking correct action is vital, instead of actions which seem important but aren't. "It's the habits we create for ourselves that help us do the work and make progress, so we achieve what we want to achieve," says Steve.

Kai= Change, Zen= Good

Change is good. It is a simple concept; yet, not always easy to execute. To really change anything in your life, whether it's work, fitness, finances, relationships, or anything else, something has to change within. We have to develop new habits. In order to live the life you want to live, you'll have to start doing what you need to do. That's the reason Kaizen starts out with a Wheel of Life, evaluating eight aspects of life by scoring each to determine your current level.
The way the human brain processes information when we write on paper is fundamentally different than typing. When we engage our brain, hand, and eyes in this manner, there is a much deeper connection to the work. It is for these reasons that Steve has his students use a pencil and paper; it's more effective. Creating and seeing your work will help ingrain the process and habits deeper in your brain, so the effect is so much greater.
