DAY 16 • Valencia • Paella demonstration We ’ ll continue exploring Valencia today with a panoramic tour , including a visit to the city ’ s historic old town . Later , we ’ ll learn the secret of making traditional paella during a cooking demonstration . Originating from Valencia , paella consists of rice , saffron , vegetables , chicken , and seafood cooked and served in one pan . This evening , sail to Barcelona . DAY 17 • Barcelona Today we ’ ll discover the cosmopolitan capital of Barcelona during a panoramic tour , which includes a walk through Gothic square , a chance to try traditional delicacies , and a visit to La Pedrera , Antoni Gaudi ’ s most iconic work of civic architecture .
