DAY 4 • Bangkok • Long-tail boat canal ride This morning, we’ ll board a traditional long-tail boat for a cruise along Khlong Bangkok Noi, a tree-lined canal whose banks are dotted with historic temples and waterfront homes on stilts. Our ride concludes at Wat Paknam, a 17th-century royal temple that is home to a 210-foot-tall bronze Buddha statue. DAY 5 • Bangkok • Bang Kachao bicycle tour • Tye-dye workshop • Thai cooking demonstration • Evening street food tour We’ ll begin the day with a bicycle tour of Bang Kachao, a lush oasis in the heart of Bangkok. Then, visit a hands-on tie-dye workshop, where local artisans will guide us through the process of this timeless Thai art, followed by a hands-on cooking demonstration. This evening, we’ ll hop aboard tuk-tuks and head to the tangled alleys of Old Bangkok to sample some street food and stroll through the bustling flower market. Meals: B, L | Hotel in Bangkok

Home to thousands of enchanting floating villages that shift between the river system and the lake, depending on the season— when water levels can fluctuate up to 26 feet. DAY 7 • Siem Reap • Angkor Wat • Home-Hosted Lunch • Ta Prohm This morning we’ ll explore Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the largest religious complex on earth. Witnessing the temple’ s majestic towers and detailed basreliefs covering nearly every surface will reveal why it remains such a proud symbol of Cambodian heritage. Then, we’ ll meet with some local Siem Reap families for a Home- Hosted Lunch and an opportunity to discover Cambodian culture. This afternoon, we’ ll return to explore Ta Prohm. DAY 8 • Siem Reap • Immersive cultural experience in a Cambodian village • GCF-supported school Visit Krabei Real Village, a small farming community just outside Siem Reap. After the village chief accompanies us to the village market, we’ ll stop by the local school( when in session)— supported in part by Grand Circle Foundation— for an opportunity to interact with some of the young students. Then, we’ ll meet a family of basket weavers and another known for noodle making— and after a demonstration of their technique, we can try a sample of Khmer noodle soup. Meals: B | Hotel in Siem Reap
DAY 9 • Yoga session at Wat Svay Romeat • Fly to Phnom Penh Start the day with a one-hour yoga session led by a wellness instructor at Wat Svay Romeat, a serene riverfront Buddhist temple and monastery. Afterwards, we’ ll participate in a traditional water blessing ceremony performed by the local monks. Then, we’ ll fly to Phnom Penh, Cambodia’ s capital and largest city. DAY 10 • Phnom Penh • Tuol Sleng Prison Museum • Champey Academy of Arts • Sunset dinner cruise Witness a dark chapter in Cambodia’ s past during a visit to Tuol Sleng Prison Museum, where more than 10,000 prisoners were held before being led to the Killing Fields. Then, we’ ll visit the Champey Academy of Arts, where a group of young students will show us traditional Cambodian dances that showcase the history of their beautiful land. Later, visit the Royal Palace, official royal residence of Cambodian royalty in Phnom Penh, and the adjacent Silver Pagoda. Enjoy a Farewell Dinner during a scenic cruise along the Chaktomuk River while the sun goes down. Meals: B, D | Hotel in Siem Reap
DAY 11 • Return to U. S. Head to the airport this morning for your return flights to the U. S.
