DAY 3 • Valletta • Embark ship Check out of our hotel this morning and embark our ship.

DAY 4 • Valletta • Conversation about Daphne Caruana
Enjoy a walking tour of Malta’ s historic capital of Valletta. Later, sit down for a discussion about late journalist Daphne Caruana, allegedly targeted and killed by the Maltese government. Tonight, enjoy a Captain’ s Welcome Dinner onboard.

DAY 5 • Explore Mazara del Vallo, Sicily Set out to discover Mazara del Vallo on a walking tour along the Kasbah. Highlights include a visit to the Satyr Museum and Garibaldi Theater. Later, join local families for afternoon tea.

DAY 6 • Tunis, Tunisia Anchor in Tunis, where we’ ll pay our respects at a cemetery for World War II veterans. After, visit the picturesque coastal town of Sidi Bou Said. This afternoon, drive to the UNESCO-listed medina quarter of Tunis, where we’ ll witness the hundreds of palaces, mosques, and fountains.

DAY 7 • Day at sea Today we will cruise from Tunis to Algiers. Meals: B, L, D | M / V Corinthian or M / V Clio
DAY 8 • Algiers, Algeria Explore Algeria’ s capital of Algiers, known for its whitewashed buildings and centuries-old mosques. Stroll through La Kasbah( the historic quarter), visit the Martyrs Monument, and walk along the coastline toward the distinctive parliament building.

DAY 9 • Oran Visit the Algerian port city of Oran, including the hilltop Chapel of Santa Cruz, which features a soaring tower punctuated by a statue of the Virgin Mary.

DAY 10 • Day at sea Today we’ ll cruise from Oran to Tangier. Take this time to enjoy the ship’ s amenities.

DAY 11 • Tangier, Morocco Get to know the Moroccan port of Tangier, with visits to the promontory of Cap Spartel, the Hercules Caves, and the historic kasbah. Later, we’ ll stroll through the bustling Grand Socco square, where you’ ll explore a traditional souk( market).
