I grew up just outside of Cuzco, Peru, along with my three brothers and one sister. I love having the opportunity to share my culture and show the world how hard-working and warm Peruvian people are. One of my most memorable experiences was when our group spontaneously stopped at a farm to learn about harvesting potatoes. As we started talking to the farmers, they gave us some cooked potatoes to sample. It was unexpected, educational, and heart-warming.
