DAY 16 • Valencia • Paella demonstration We ’ ll continue exploring Valencia today with a panoramic tour , including a visit to the city ’ s historic old town . Later , we ’ ll learn the secret of making traditional paella during a cooking demonstration . Originating from Valencia , paella consists of rice , saffron , vegetables , chicken , and seafood cooked and served in one pan . This evening , sail to Barcelona .
