I Have a Gang Nicolas Miller

I have a gang.
We roll twenty in a school zone after dark. The Wolves have their turf, so we avoid the basketball courts off 5th and Park. The Wolves, you see, are killers. They don’ t tattoo tears because diamonds can’ t cry. The human eye is a wolf’ s diamond. Imagine that: the eye, inferior.
I have a gang.
We blast Run the Jewels’ self-titled album through Alpines; rolling forty in a Honda Civic. We’ re terrified of voicemails, so we stay in airplane mode. We find a Wolf walking alone and tell him that he’ s worthless.
I have a gang.
I lost a Honda Civic in this image. If I were younger I would’ ve assaulted something“ wolves,” and made a man seem sad. I’ d say: That man is me. He’ s in a gang. But I’ m the me that isn’ t younger; alone on a swing-set after dark, rising and falling with myself.
