Sector NY, Station NY, Station Shinnecock, Station Jones Beach, and Coast Guard Auxiliary from D1SR, who together cooked and prepared this event. This was the first time ever that Culinary Assistants( CA) and CSs participated in such an event and it was certainly a first for our CAs. It was the first time this event had been held at Sector NY since 2009.
It was so great to see CSs and CAs not only working together in the galley but also assisting one another in se�ing up tables, place se�ings, the folding of napkins, etc. It was quite an experience to work( and learn protocols) at this VIP event!
