She looked forward to the twoday culinary assistance program in New London and learning new things . “ I came with limited expectations because of the number of people that were enrolled but I was surprised at how well it worked and how well we worked as teams in the galleys , even with the number of people we had , she said . “ Everybody was very helpful . People who were training us did a great job . I was surprised at how well it went .”
“ I was impressed with how much everybody took part and how we talked about lots of different foods that people were making in the galleys where they worked ,” she said . “ We went out and talked to the people we fed to see how they were doing and they were all very happy .”
She will share Mondays cooking at Sector Long Island Sound with Anne Duhaime , working every other week when available .
