1 Locate your local Assistant District Staff Officer for Publications (ADSO-PB):
District North
District South East/New York City
District South
District Long Island Sound
2 Attach your article in MS Word format to an email addressed to your local ADSO-PB, with cc's
to Linda Lakin [email protected] and Jason Farrow [email protected].
- In the subject line of your email, enter "OTB Submission" with topic and date.
Example: "OTB Submission: AUXAIR Ice Patrol with Photos 2/25/20"
- Photos should be sent as e-mail attachments in JPG or PNG format.
- Remember to include the author's name, plus all photo credits and captions within the
attached article.
- IMPORTANT: A photo of anyone under the age of 18 (if recognizable) requires a signed
parental release form ANSC 7020 in order to be published. To access the form click here.
