Ingredients:
48 mini Tart Shells (2” diameter)
48 Pecan Halves
2 Tbs Dark Corn Syrup
2 Tbs Molasses
4 Tbs Bourbon
1 Egg, room temp
2 Tbs Butter, softened
3 Tbs Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Place 1 Pecan Half in each Tart shell
Blend together remaining ingredients
Pour mixture over Pecan Half in each Tart Shell, until mixture reaches top of shell.
Bake for 15 mins at 350’F.
Allow to Cool.
