Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar, add eggs,. Mix baking soda with sour cream and beat in butter mixture. Add flour along with baking powder and pinch of salt. Add vanilla.

Combine 1 tbls ground cinnamon 2 tbls walnuts

Combine 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, and walnut.

Put half batter into 9” square pan. Sprinkle half of topping over it. Pour remaining batter and sprinkle remaining topping.

Bake 350 degree oven 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
