1-2 Slabs of spare ribs sliced or more,
depending on the number of people you
will feed.
Onions to your taste with salt and pepper
Head of cabbage sliced
Can or package of sauerkraut
Slice up the ribs and brown in skillet on both sides
Add onions and saute with ribs (I add a lot)
Add a little water after ribs are brown
Slice up head of cabbage and put in pot.
Add sauerkraut with cabbage
Sprinkle paprika generously
Cook under medium heat until meat starts to fall away from bones
Stir a few times
Enjoy with boiled or mash potatoes
