"I personally like making Lemonchello". Dave

I like taking 10 pounds of chicken breast,

cut into 3 inch pieces out of half inch wide.

Throw a pound of butter in a pot And let it

melt.

Throw the chicken in can be an inch to 2 inches deep

let it cook up brown on both sides

I like to season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Once the chicken is cooked a little cover the top with flour

and add white wine. If it thickens up too much while cooking

just add some water. This needs to cook in so the wine evaporates

or it will be bitter.

Throw in about 3 pounds of mushrooms sliced pretty big and

when you think it’s cooked enough add a quart or two of heavy cream.

Serve on rice or pasta.

Make sure your chicken is cooked all the way through

Nice thing about this dish is you throw it in the fridge and

anybody can reheat it in the microwave. It can be made an hour

ahead - the longer it simmers the better it gets.
