Most recently, he collaborated with the CFB
Esquimalt Fire Hall and Emergency Response
Centre’s general contractor to develop solid, clever
solutions to difficult design problems. But Darrell’s
mentoring of his colleagues sets him apart, says
Jordyn: “Darrell is always willing to take the time
with his staff to walk through ‘what-if ’ scenarios,
offer insight on policy and procedure, and weigh
the pros and cons of their ideas.”
