Diane possesses an MBA in business management with a specialization in organizational behavior and undergraduate degrees in business / marketing and secondary education . After several years of real estate sales experience , Diane opened Lazarus Properties , a highly successful real estate company serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts . Under her leadership , the company grew over a twelve year period to more than 40 active agents with aggregate sales in excess of $ 200 million . She managed and trained the agents to successfully serve their buyers and sellers with patience , care and understanding .
In early 2001 , upon creating a highly productive real estate sales organization , Lazarus Properties was acquired by Coldwell Banker Realty . Diane is currently managing The Lazarus Group , LLC , under the Coldwell Banker brand composed of an elite team of highly skilled real estate agents , delivering service that clients rave about .
She has received top recognition from Coldwell Banker and has been ranked nationally in the top 1 % nationwide . Many of her client relationships , whether buying or selling a home , have evolved into lifelong personal friendships .

Diane was actively involved in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as one of the top fundraisers in RI during the mid-2000 ’ s . In 2016 , Diane was honored as “ Woman of the Year ” for services she provided for the Women ’ s Association of The Miriam Hospital where she is currently serving as a board member .
