Chart 4 increase in ratings since 2024 – with 72 % rating this category as Excellent and Very Good compared to last year, when only 69 % reported the same ratings.
When asked if they have ever considered changing provider, 56 % of clients responded“ no”.
Despite this being a slight uptick from 2024( 55 % responding“ no”), this is quite the contrast to our 2023 report, where 83 % responded“ no”.( Chart 5)
