Cancer research at Credit Valley Hospital supports cancer researchers, (to buy equipment etc.) help find a cure, it helps people who are sufffering from cancer get better treatment as soon as possible! Our goal is to sell atleast 100 ice-cream sandwiches per day!
Our class chose to support cancer research by selling ice-cream sandwiches for $1 at lunch time. We chose ice-cream because it was hot outside and more people would be attracted, sandwiches because it's easier to serve and handle. We created posters and made announcements. In the end we raised $165 for Cancer Research at Credit Valley Hospital!
