I have been reading Outlook Money for the last six months. The
magazine is a great source of information at a time when the Internet
is flooded with data that cannot be authenticated, and often lead to
stagnant investments. Being a young investor and lacking access to
expert advice, I feel this magazine is the right platform for newbies.
The Queries section is relatable and highly informative.

Being a millennial myself, reading about good debt and the
necessity to start financial planning early on in life was really an
eye-opener. Our generation is not afraid to take financial risks and
this is where things can hit a rough patch. Your article on this topic
did the job and cleared all clouds of confusion looming over my
head. Keep covering such issues in the future.

I have been a reader of Outlook Money for the past one year. Like all
other editions, this, too, had well-articulated and insightful articles.
But what caught my fancy were the stories, 10 Smart Moves to
Maximise Tax Benefits and 6 Tax Mistakes to Avoid. Everyone wants
to save on taxes and these articles just tell you how to do it. So, big
thank to your team for disseminating such useful information.

Rakesh Bhargava’s article, Union Budget Hits Equity Investors Hard,
is by far the most comprehensive, easy-to-understand article I have
read in newspapers, magazines and websites so far. The scenarios
are well-chosen. I have a clear understanding of its impact now.

I am an avid reader of Outlook Money from its initial years. I’d
just like to point out that in your articles on tax-saving investment
options, while you mention NPS as one of them, please specify
that tax deductions on investment in NPS is available only if the
taxpayer invests in NPS Tier-1 account and that deductions are not
available if one invests in NPS Tier-2 account.
