Asian Outdoors offers a platform for people of similar interests to gather for a socially, educationally, and physically rewarding experience. Its primary purpose is bringing people together to enjoy the outdoors, but it also casts a mindful eye on the environment. AO hopes to build awareness of and respect for the environment.
With roots in the past, a present growing movement, and vision for the future, Latino Outdoors is a network of leaders committed to engaging Latinos/as in the outdoors, connecting familias and youth with nature, and supporting a community of storytellers to explore and share their personal experiences.
GirlVentures’ mission is to empower adolescent girls to develop and express their strengths. It combines outdoor adventure with social emotional learning for adolescent girls, at a time in their lives when they need this support the most.
Through outdoor adventures and wilderness experiences, the BOLD & GOLD program inspires courage and multicultural leadership in diverse groups of boys and girls ages 11-18. The challenge, glory, and beauty of the wilderness come together on adventures that range from weekend clubs to 1- to 3-week expeditions.
