The Central Oregon
Game of Skate Cham-
pionships had it’s first
qualifier at the Pavilion in
Bend on September 21st
as part of the Outdoor
Sports & Dog Festival.
Noah Daniel took home
the gold and a spot at
the finals this coming
summer. Noah lives and
skates in Bend, and rides
for Tactics Boardshop.
Two more qualifiers will
be held this winter and
spring. Both qualifiers will
take place at Bearings
Skate Board Academy in
Bend, and the three win-
ners automatically qualify
into the finals next sum-
mer for the Championship
round at Bearings.
Each year a Game of
Skate champion will be
crowned, and their name
will be engraved into the
championship belt. A cash
prize will be awarded to
the Champion.
