52 Nursing retention >85% Patient satisfaction People Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular Hospital - Fort Worth collaborates with Press Ganey ® Associates, Inc. to measure patient satisfaction across the patient experience continuum. The goal is to support patient satisfaction that reflects service excellence as the results have a direct correlation to quality and safety outcomes. Patient satisfaction scores and comments are regularly reviewed by board of managers, hospital leadership, hospital care teams and medical staff in order to focus improvement efforts. Additionally, positive comments are shared with the team to recognize success and service excellence. Key to the patient experience is the clinical team involved in the day-to- day operations and care for patients. The Fort Worth team has high nursing retention and also includes a skilled team of acute care nurse practitioners who work closely with the cardiologists on the medical staff to provide very individualized cardiovascular care. Non-invasive cardiac services The capabilities of the experienced team within the non-invasive cardiac services department in Fort Worth include the ability to use sophisticated, non-invasive methods and technologies to help diagnose heart disease and provide diagnostic insights for the medical staff in their treatment of cardiovascular patients. Non-invasive cardiology services include exercise stress tests, Holter monitoring, pharmacological/exercise stress echocardiograms, transthoracic echocardiograms, and transesophageal echocardiograms.
