Leadership at Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular Hospital, both the Dallas and Fort Worth locations,
collaborates with the nationally recognized vendor, Press Ganey ® Associates, Inc., to provide national,
regional and specialty compared patient satisfaction measurements across the care continuum.
For outpatient survey results in the time period closest to fiscal year 2019 end, the mean score in the
question “Likelihood to recommend” resulted in a score of 96.2% for the hospital. The database for
all Press Ganey hospitals was 94.4%. The scores identified in this section reflect the individual fiscal
year 2019 outcomes of the respective patient populations for Dallas and Fort Worth campuses.
