As evidenced by the National Database Nursing Quality Indicators ( NDNQI ) for fiscal year 2018 , the RN satisfaction ranked in the 90th percentile with a job enjoyment score of 4.35 on a 5.0 point scale .
From technical degrees and certifications to doctoral programs in nursing , employees advanced their careers through enrollment in formal institutions and accredited educational programs . In addition , over the past few years , five leaders were sponsored to attend Southern Methodist University ’ s ( SMU ) Cox School of Business Executive Leadership Training Program or the SMU National Hispanic Corporate Council Corporate Executive Development Program involving year-long classes and projects , which brings a stronger and greater level of leadership and management knowledge and tools into the organization .
