The goal is to support patient satisfaction that reflects service excellence as those outcomes have a direct correlation to quality and safety outcomes.
Patient satisfaction scores and comments are regularly reviewed by Board of Managers, hospital leadership, hospital care teams, and medical staff in order to focus improvement efforts and monitor subsequent actions that reflect expected results and become hardwired as a standard of practice. Additionally, positive comments are shared with the team to recognize success and service excellence.
The scores above represent the outcomes of the ambulatory surgery patient experience for Baylor Heart and Vascular Services at Fort Worth; specifically patients who have received cardiac care that originated on the sixth floor of Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth.

Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital at Fort Worth( BHVH FW) is licensed as an ambulatory surgery center( ASC) by the Texas Department of State Health Services( TDSHS) and operates as a hospital outpatient department of BHVH’ s licensed hospital in Dallas pursuant to the Medicare providerbased facility regulations. BHVH FW is located in the same building as Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth( BAS), which operates as a separately licensed hospital. Baylor Hamilton Heart and Vascular Hospital includes joint ownership with physicians.
