ACTION Registry® GWTG Platinum Status
Baylor Jack and Jane Hamilton Heart and Vascular Hospital was awarded Platinum status by the
American College of Cardiology due to the outcomes from the eight quarters prior to end of second
quarter, calendar year 2016. Platinum is the highest level awarded.
Includes all 11 acute and discharge performance measures
for STEMI patients. Proportion of performance measure
opportunities that were met among eligible opportunities.
Measures include: Aspirin at Arrival, Evaluation of LV Systolic
Function, Reperfusion Therapy (STEMI only), Time to
Fibrinolytics (STEMI only), Time to Primary PCI (STEMI
only), Aspirin at Discharge, Beta Blocker at Discharge, ACE-I
or ARB for LVSD at Discharge, Statin at Discharge, Adult
