Sauerkraut Chocolate Cake
I chose this recipe out of a family recipe book, what interested
me was the thought of Sauerkraut
being used in a cake recipe. The
cake with the sauerkraut addition
gives a taste of coconut without
any at all. This recipe can also be
made in two round cake pans to
make a double layer cake. Helpful hint is to rinse and pull apart
the sauerkraut by hand until the
smell is mostly gone then add to
the mixture and blend well.
