But when I got to really thinking about what I could bring to the table, I realized that we all have common interests. We all enjoy art, music, probably NPR, and the diverse beauty that the great state of Minnesota has to offer. We might experience a lot of it differently. While you live next to the concert venue or have ethnic food all the time, I’m not all that far away from that great backwoods campground and spend a lot of
time at the pottery studio. But we all enjoy the many sides of Minnesota. You may see it all one way and I might see it from
another direction but we can appreciate it all. I hope to give you the Northern perspective of what is going on in Minnesota, whether it is the fishing tournaments that are coming up or the First Friday Art Walk that takes place on the first Friday of every month in Grand Rapids. I want to share with you what we have to offer “Up North.”
