The CW's second science-fiction project expands the DC Universe onscreen with a double episode that includes the protagonist, Barry Allen (Grant Gustin), in that universe. The show "The Flash" promises light and fun dialogues.

Flash fans can be satisfied. The series has been wanted since the first appearance of Flash in "Arrow", and it did not take long for The CW to give a series to the hero and deliver one of the best premieres of the season. Right in the first episode the series shows a totally different approach to its "mother series", by presenting a more colorful way of seeing things.

At first, "The Flash" looks like it's going to break molds. It's a comic-based action series, created by Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg and Geoff Johns, three DC superhero creation experts, after writing "Justice League" and "Green Lantern", respectively. And what is offered here? A story about rebellion and mystery.

After witnessing his mother's murder and his father's unjust indictment for the crime, Barry Allen is under the care of Detective Joe West and his daughter Iris West. He claims that a ball of lightning with the face of a man invaded his house that night and killed his mother. Although no one believes him, he

goes on looking for clues to clean his father's name. Fourteen years after his mother's death, an explosion of an advanced particle accelerator hits Barry in his laboratory.

After that, Flash starts searching for the thunderbolt that killed his mother. Does he figure out what happened that night?

In conclusion, “The Flash” is an amazing series for everyone to watch that I recommend due to the good story development. The characters are also charismatic and the villains are truly evil with impressive plans. Because of that, don’t miss the opportunity to watch “The Flash”.
