Martin Luther King jr.

Martin Luther King Jr, was an American Baptist minister who became the most visible leader of the civil rights movement. He also led the 1955 Montgomery bus boycott, and in 1957 became the first president of the Southern Christain leadership conference, and he inspired people all over the world about equal rights.

Black people at the

time didn't have as

many rights and freedoms.

Martin Luther King Jr’s “I Have A Dream” speech had a huge crowd of 250,000 people. They came to watch his amazing speech, and it is safe to say that it changed the world. It did because of what he had to say and how he spoke. King believed that all people were created equal and should enjoy the same rights and privileges.
