Letter from the Editor:
Hello! I’m Lucia, Chief Editor of the NBIS Literary Magazine, and I’m happy to bring you our fourth issue of the 2018-2019 school year.
This issue is mainly centered around Black History Month, (with the article 'Martin Luther King jr.'), but also highlights non-Black influential individuals in '7 People Who Changed the World'.
Other themes include music, with our articles on the 'Art of Music' competition and an art review; love notes from students at NBIS to their crush for Valentine's Day; and an article on the Dragon Boat Festival by Natania!
Two students from Year 10, Tatianna and Harriet, allowed us to publish their beautiful short stories. We also have 'A True Story: p.2' by Zoë!
