Why must art and music be taught in all secondary school? Most of the people think that the artistic subjects taught at secondary school are not useful and are a waste of time. The children of nowadays are the future of tomorrow; so, why is it important for these kids to have artistic area at school?
Art and music are subjects in which the students can have a relaxing moment to escape from the pressure and stress of everyday. They also develop creativity is an important ability that must be that every person must have. The world keeps on improving thanks to the inventions of creative people who have not been afraid to break limits.
Famous musicians and painters have discovered their passions for arts by having classes at school. A large portion of students want to go to art classes. If it weren’t for school, they wouldn’t have the opportunity of doing so.
To sum up it should be mandatory to implement art and music at all schools because children should have the opportunity of developing their artistic talent and also have time to relax. Art is just as important as chemistry and similar subjects.
All students should be required to study art and music in secondary school.
